10 Ways You Can Help
  1. VOLUNTEER your time in our office, working with clients or on the crisis line. We have a training program and multiple opportunities to take part.
  2. Give money. You can contribute directly or through the United Way. See our DONATION page for more information or click on the button to the right to donate.
  3. Become knowledgeable about domestic violence and educate others.
  4. Invite us to provide a presentation to your group.
  5. Organize your business or group to do a fund-raiser. Then donate the money to us.
  6. Donate your professional skills. Our programs are always in need of legal, medical and other professional services.
  7. Work to remove obstacles that battered women encounter and become a catalyst for change.
  8. Refer battered women to Tillamook County Women's Resource Center. Carry brochures with you. Place them in public places.
  9. Teach children the difference between healthy relationships and abuse.
  10. Ask your doctor, church and hair stylist to post information on domestic violence.
