Courage to Heal
We are in the process of organizing a new 10-week Courage to
Heal workshop to help women survivors of childhood sexual abuse. This workshop
is free and a workbook is provided. The workshop is both an educational and
support group. It meets weekly on Mondays from 5 to 7 p.m. and pre-registration

Volunteer training
Recruitment is under way for a new volunteer training class
that will begin in the fall. In these tough economic times, we will be counting
on our volunteers more than ever to help serve our community’s needs.
It is vital to our work to have a large, well-trained group of
volunteers to help with every facet of our operations. Our volunteers perform a
wide array of functions, including clerical work, staffing the crisis line,
assisting at the Wild Flower Thrift Boutique, fundraising, doing general office
support and, of course, assisting with clients. If you or someone you know
might be interested in joining our fall volunteer class, contact Volunteer
