Kathleen Marvin

Executive Director
Kathleen has more than 17 years of experience in domestic and sexual violence victim services.  She has worked as a women's advocate, a volunteer coordinator and has spent 15 years directing domestic violence and sexual violence programs.

Romy Carver

Outreach and Education Coordinator

Romy is the manager for a federally funded outreach and education effort that is designed to foster a community that works together to reduce violence.

Melissa Finnell

Wild Flower Thrift Boutique Manager
Melissa is the manager of TCWRC's Wild Flower Thrift Boutique and Job Training Program, 114 Main Street, Tillamook.  The Wild Flower raises revenue needed for the support of the community-based and shelter programs, offers job training for individuals who have no job experience or who are reentering the job market, and meets emergency needs for community members by providing clothing, household goods, furniture and other items.
